The biggest attraction of network marketing is the dream of creating such an epic mlm downline that you can stop working and still make tons of money year after year. Of course this is not as easily done as they show you on that little 3 who gets 3 who gets 3 presentation that we’ve all seen. Getting only 3 people will almost never produce the kind of results required to create that massive mlm downline.
Not only is it a fact that only getting 3 people into your team will almost never duplicate your success, but I’ve also found it to be true with my personal statistics. Only about 1 of 20 people who join my team ever go on to duplicate my success in some way. Now if they had similar stats to mine, they too would have to get 60 people in their team to find the 3 golden members. I can almost guarantee that everyone’s warm market will not give them 60 people.
This brings up the issue of getting 60 people in your team, and then teaching other people to do the same. You’re going to have to generate a lot of leads to get 60 people into your team. Then you’re going to have to teach your team how to generate a lot of leads to get 60 people into their teams. That’s going to take a lot of time to teach other people to do this as well.
Now is where I want to introduce the power of the internet to you. Not only will you be able to get more exposure for yourself and generate more leads for your business, but you’ll be able to train your team to do the same. You’ll also be able to train your team on autopilot. That’s true leverage. Of course this will require some initial work to put the training together for your team, but once it’s done, you can train your team forever off the same material automatically.
To explain this concept a little further, imagine if you put together some educational resources and posted them on a website. Your team would be able to access that information whenever they wanted no matter where they lived in the world. This is the leverage of doing something once and having it pay you again and again. The best part is that this leverage will also prove useful when it comes to business presentations, lead generations, making sales, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Using the internet, you can simply generate traffic to your websites which would ultimately convert those visitors into your leads. Then those leads would automatically see some business presentation. You build a relationship and then they would join your team.
Now you teach them how to do this same process and show them how to set up these websites with training videos that are already in place, so you don’t have to spend your time with every single person. You can build a large enough direct team on your own without the internet, but getting your team to do the same thing without spending all of your time with them you’re going to want to use the internet as leverage. Start utilizing these wonderful tools, and I’ll see you at the top.
